This production line adopts the multi-extruder co-extrusion method, where TPU raw materials with different temperature ranges and hardness ranges are extruded and formed together in one go. Compared with the traditional composite process of first producing films at high and low temperatures and then re-combining them, this method is more economical, environmentally friendly and efficient. By changing the molds, pipe and sheet products can be produced.
