DESCRIPTION
Lipase LP-100 is produced from selected strains of Aspergillus niger through submerged fermentation, extraction and refining process. With its high activity and conversion rate, LP-100 can not only hydrolyze fat to produce mono- or diglycerides and free fatty acids, but also catalyze ester synthesis and transesterification reactions.

 

EFFECT OF PH
Lipase LP-100 has a wide range of effective pH from 3 to 12. See Figure 1.


EFFECT OF TEMPERATURE
The effective temperature range for Lipase LP-100 is from 15 to 60ºC, and the optimal temperature ranges from 35 to 55ºC. See Figure 2.
 

Lactase Enzyme(Beta-galactosidase)

 

Introduction

Lactase (β-Galactosidase, EC 3.2.1.23), also known as β-galactosidase, hydrolyzes lactose to produce glucose and galactose. The lactase produced by the company is derived from Aspergillus oryzae and is a food grade lactase preparation purified by a biological fermentation method

 

Characteristic characteristics

1. Temperature range:The effective temperature range is 30 ° C ~ 70 ° C,The optimum temperature range is 50 ° C ~ 60 ° C.

2. PH range: The effective pH range is 2.5~6.0, and the optimal pH range is 3.5~50.

Applications

For a long time, lactase production for hydrolysis of milk and milk caramel. It can also be used for the processing of a range of other dairy products such as yogurt, ice cream, desserts, butter and cheese.

APPLICATION & BENEFIT
[Detergent]
Use of lipase in detergents either alone or in combination with alkaline protease can help to remove fat or oil stains and dirt sebum of human body. About three quarters of the dirt on clothes are fat, which are stubborn stains uneasy to be removed; and the remainders are mainly proteins. Lipase can decompose triacylglycerol into fatty acid and glycerin, which are easy to be removed, hence greatly improve the stain removal effect of the detergent. The advantage of lipase as a biological product is that it is easily degradable without any pollution.
 

 

STORAGE & SHELF-LIFE
This enzyme has been formulated for optimal stability. Typical shelf-life is six months provided it is stored below 25°C in its original packaging, sealed and unopened, protected from the sunlight. Its shelf-life will be eighteen months if it is stored properly at 0∼10°C. Prolonged storage and/or adverse conditions such as higher temperatures may lead to a higher dosage requirement.
