PET foaming core material sheet, mainly composed of polyethylene terephthalate (commonly known as polyester resin). Through advanced foaming technology, it is 100% foamed with carbon dioxide. It completely replaces the "fluorine series" foaming agents with the "CO2 combined foaming agent", significantly reducing production costs. Moreover, CO2 as a foaming agent is more environmentally friendly. Compared to traditional foaming where fluorides are used as foaming agents during production, it has certain impacts on the environment and human health. PET has excellent mechanical properties, electrical insulation, chemical resistance, as well as resistance to creep, fatigue, and friction. It is widely used in important fields such as daily consumption, transportation, sports equipment, and biomedicine.
