The principle of heavy oil emulsification is to add a certain amount of water to the heavy oil and mix it with an appropriate proportion of multi-effect compound emulsifier. After being processed by a high-shear three-stage emulsifying pump, the residual carbon, asphalt, gum and other particles in the water and oil are strongly dispersed and cut, forming water-in-oil (W/O) fine particles.
