Product features

The principle of heavy oil emulsification is to add a certain amount of water to the heavy oil and mix it with an appropriate proportion of multi-effect compound emulsifier. After being processed by a high-shear three-stage emulsifying pump, the residual carbon, asphalt, gum and other particles in the water and oil are strongly dispersed and cut, forming water-in-oil (W/O) fine particles. These particles are fully burned in the burner equipment, achieving the dual effects of energy conservation and environmental protection.
 

Product Information

Heavy oil, a product in petrochemical production that lies above asphalt, has low thermal energy but causes significant pollution. After the signing of the international environmental protection treaty, the Kyoto Protocol, it has been clearly stipulated that heavy oil cannot be burned. Emulsified fuel is made from heavy oil and diesel as the main raw materials, combined with low-cost auxiliary materials and renewable organic substances as additives, and an appropriate amount of water is added. After going through a special process, it becomes new fuel.

The technological content of emulsified fuel: According to the novelty search report of Zhejiang Provincial Institute of Science and Technology Information on February 5, 2005, the fuel technology is at the world's top level in terms of calorific value, environmental protection, and emulsification modification of heavy oil. The economic value of emulsified fuel: China's annual diesel consumption is approximately 85,300,000 tons. If all of it were converted to emulsified fuel, only 70,000,000 tons of oil would be needed to be refined from 46,800,000 tons of heavy oil. At present, the price of diesel has reached 5,000 yuan per ton, while emulsified fuel is only about 4,000 yuan per ton. Based on this calculation, it can save my family over 85 billion yuan in energy expenses every year.
