1. Product Overview
Bioethanol production line (alcohol distillery plant) adopts biological fermentation + multi-tower differential pressure distillation process, the most mainstream mature technology for renewable ethanol production worldwide.
Starch/sugar raw materials go through pretreatment, liquefaction, saccharification, yeast fermentation, multi-stage distillation & molecular sieve dehydration to obtain high-purity ethanol.
We provide modular turnkey EPC solution, from small mini 1000LPD workshop to large-scale 1000TPD fuel ethanol industrial park, flexible to adjust raw material route and product purity according to local market demand.
Fuel alcohol is also called fuel ethanol, which generally refers to anhydrous ethanol with a volume concentration of more than 99.5%. Fuel ethanol is a clean-burning, high-octane fuel that is a renewable energy source. Ethanol is not only an excellent fuel, but also an excellent fuel improvement agent.
Its excellent characteristics are as follows: ethanol is an oxygenating agent of fuel, which can increase the internal oxygen of gasoline and fully burn it to achieve the purpose of energy saving and environmental protection; Ethanol can also cost-effectively reduce the aromatics, olefins content, that is, reduce the cost of refinery renovation, to meet the new gasoline standards.
The raw materials for producing alcohol are:

(4) Wild plant raw materials rafters kernel, tuckahoe, neem fruit, etc.
(5) Fiber raw materials forest industry and wood processing industry waste, crop straw, bagasse, waste fiber waste and waste pulp.
(6) Other raw materials sulfite pulp waste liquid, starch residue, etc.
