1.Product Overview
Our nitric acid production line adopts advanced ammonia catalytic oxidation process, including single-pressure, medium-pressure and dual-pressure mature technologies, covering capacity from small 50TPD to large 270,000 tons per year dilute nitric acid plant. The finished nitric acid concentration reaches 60%-68% industrial grade, fully complying with international chemical standards.
The whole set contains ammonia vaporizer, oxidation reactor, waste heat recovery boiler, NOx absorption tower, tail gas denitrification unit, automatic control system and circulating cooling system. We provide full turnkey EPC service including design, manufacturing, installation guidance, commissioning and after-sales training.
2. Main Process Technology
1)Single Pressure Process
Low investment, suitable for small & medium capacity ≤600TPD, simple operation, low civil construction requirement, ideal for regional fertilizer small factories.
2)Medium Pressure Process
Balanced energy consumption & output, stable operation, wide market application, high ammonia conversion rate ≥96.5%.
3)Dual Pressure Process (Recommended Large Scale)
High energy recovery efficiency, low power consumption, ultra-low NOx tail gas emission, annual capacity up to 270,000 tons, preferred for large chemical & fertilizer complexes.
