Production process brief description
1.1 Refined brine from brine treatment process,after maintaining PH value and   concentration of sodium dichromate,is fed into the electrolysis system.During   electrolysisprocess,hydrauli acid is fed in continuously at an appropriate rate so
as to maintain PH value within the range of 6.2~6.9.The heat produced from electroysis will be used inthe process of sodium chlorate low temperature vacuum crystallization.Running of cooling water in the process is to help to control the electrylysis process temperature at 85±1ºC.Electric curent efficiency  of electrolyzers need to be≥94%.Anode materials are high purity titanium having quinary    nobel    metals(RuO2+IrO2+TiO2+SnO2)nano coating.Hydrogen produced from electrolysis process will be sent to treatment unit to remove chlorinebefore venting into atmosphere.
-Sodium chlorate solution produced from above electrolysis process will besent to low temperature evaporation crystallization process.In this process post,sodium chloride is separate from sodium chlorate and sent back to brine
-process section as mother liquid for recycling use.The obtained sodium chlorate crystals will be dissolved into sodium chlorate solution so that treatment of sodium dichromate removal canbe undertaken.The solution after chrome
treatment will enter clarification vessel to undergo necessary settlement process.
-The optimal settlement time can lead to refined sodium chlorate solution without any sodium dichromate after clarifying and filtering.
-Heat applied for evaporation process need to be transferred infrom that created during electrolysis proess as much as possible 
so as to save energy.
