Introduction to the Complete Set of Urea Fertilizer Production Line 

Our full set urea production line adopts advanced CO₂ stripping urea synthesis technology, taking ammonia and carbon dioxide as raw materials to produce N46 high-purity granular/prilled urea fertilizer. The whole line includes synthesis system, concentration, prilling tower, granulation, coating, packaging, Automatic control unit. We offer customized annual output ranging from 5,000 tons to 500,000 tons. With PLC intelligent control, it features low energy consumption and stable operation. We provide full after-sales service including overseas installation. It is widely used in large chemical fertilizer factories all over the world.

1. Product Overview

 

Urea production line is a complete chemical equipment for producing agricultural nitrogen fertilizer urea (carbamide, CO(NH₂)₂, nitrogen content ≥46%). The whole process covers raw material reaction, urea solution concentration, prilling/granulation, anti-caking coating, automatic weighing and packaging.

 

We provide two mainstream technical routes:

 

1. CO₂ stripping large-scale urea plant (annual output 50,000-500,000 tons, for large chemical groups)
2. Small & medium urea granulation line (1-30 tons/day, for regional fertilizer factories, compound fertilizer supporting production)
    
   Optional extended line: sulfur coated slow-release urea production system, AdBlue automotive urea liquid production line.

 

2. Core Production Process Flow

 

Raw Material (NH₃+ CO₂) → Urea Synthesis Reactor → Medium Pressure Recovery → Urea Solution Concentration → Prilling Tower / Rotary Granulator → Cooling Screening → Anti-Caking Coating → Automatic Packaging → Finished Urea Storage

 

Finished product: White granular urea 2-4mm / prilled urea 0.8-2.8mm, biuret ≤0.9%, moisture ≤0.5%, meet international fertilizer export standards.
