Block-type screw components, computer precisely designs the screw configuration, increasing the length-to-diameter ratio, the structure is in accordance with process requirements, and can be adjusted and optimized. The screw components are connected to the core shaft by involute spline, achieving higher torque and larger screw volume. The screw components are made of high-quality alloy steel W6Mo5CrlV2, and the core shaft is made of 40CrNiMoA. The inner side of the cylinder is equipped with a double-alloy bushing, which can be used for various operations. Vacuum exhaust type cylinder, enables the moisture in the materials to fully evaporate, reducing the moisture content of the particles.
