Product Description
1.Cling masterbatch of TDS
Cling masterbatch produced by our company is professionally used in stretch film, silage film, food wrap and other Viscous films. It is famous for its good applying effects and stable
performance.By test of the national professional organization, our viscous master batch complies with the EU ROHS directive.
Cling masterbatch can be applied to both Tape-casting technique and blow molding. Its
additive rate varies from 1%to 4%depending on the required viscosity. The appearance of our products are translucent white particles with good fluidity.
Our Cling masterbatch can be easily successively manufactured with less material used and is
characteristic of low cost, easy rolling, neat and smooth rolling end face. Our products
possesses good overlap joint viscosity and stripping viscosity with uniform tack coat to
improve the tensile rate, gloss and transparency.Production doesn't do any harm to the
environment. The added Master batch and LLDPE resin are uniformly mixed ,which
especially fits for industrial production featured by pipeline transportation of raw materials such as automatic feeding machine and successive mass production of individual machine.
PE bags are used for inner packing and Kraft paper plastic woven bag for outer packing. Standard package allowance is 25kg.The product should be stored at room temperature, avoiding sunlight.
