Xanthan Gum food grade is yellowish white powder soluble in water with a high viscosity even at low concentration.
It is a microbial polysaccharide produced by fermentation of carbohydrate with Xanthomonas campestris which grown naturally from wild cabbage.


(1) The yellow original glue is used for baking foods (bread, cakes, etc.) to improve the water retention and softness of baked food during the period of roasting and storage to improve the taste of baked food and extend the shelf period;

(2) In the meat products, the pornographic gum plays the role of tenderness and improves water holdings;

(3) The effect of thickening and stable food structure in frozen foods;

(4) Adding Huangyuan to the jam can improve the taste and water holding, and improve the quality of the product;

(5) Used for drinks can play a thickening and suspension effect, making the taste smooth and natural;

(6) Using Huangyuan glue (re -use with Guar glue and locust bean gum) in ice cream and dairy products, it can stabilize the product;
